Sandra has a long and outstanding career as one of the most successful women in real estate. Starting in 1976 Sandra joined Derrin Bros Balgowlah working in property management and progressed into sales then partnership and more recently becoming Director / Principal in purchase of the business with her husband Peter Good forming northharbour REAL ESTATE.

Sandra's proven success is built on her strong reputation of professionalism and absolute integrity.

Peter Good / Director

Peter is a licensed agent and a director of North Harbour Real Estate. He brings a difference to the team, with over 30 years experience as a Mechanical Engineer, Manager and Project Manager. Our clients have found that Peter’s professional background and eye for detail is invaluable in management of their most valued assets.
